second time we have stayed there excellent holiday .apartments clean we stayed all inclusive this time food was excellent .pool was clean entertainment good
loved these appartments didnt have to worry about getting a sun bed really friendly BUT the bar staff would give one drink to my huband and i had to get my own as did the kids this was weird who did they think was going to drink them being all in was spoilt by this attitude x
Been back now a week, Booked again for next year, this will be my 5th time there. My kids and I love it, My daughter went to the kids club that she just loved, she was given a free t-shirt and a cap, when i coukd drag the kids away we went on some trips we went to aqualand that was great, took boat trip to mogan, but the best thing was the canarian combo, we went on a camel ride, jeep ride (this was out of the world…. has to be done…. honest) then we were given lunch and a free drink then to finish the day we went on a boat trip (again another free drink) to see the dolphins, we saw loads, but were also lucky enough to see whales…………… an excellent day day out, All the staff were lovely and so frendly,………………… and big gazza and his staff such a funny man and his crew……. So see you all again next year………………xxxx
The perfect place to stay. My husband has stayed there over 50 times! We are back over the new year and cant wait. The staff are fab and we are like a big family. There is no where else too stay.
Well we’ve been to the Altamar twice & currently got 15 days until we return. I personally love it. It is a perfect complex for families and it offers a wide variety of activities for children including 2 pools. The rooms were cleaned regularly and there is a wide range of food to choose from too. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful, there is different entertainment each night so you don’t see the same thing, there is also a mini disco most nights for the children and the children’s reps also played games & offered face painting. There is a store on the complex too, making it easy to buy essentials. It is a great location and a fantastic accommodation for either 1 or 2 weeks in the sun. I can’t wait to go back and will hopefully return many times in the future too.

Have to say, we have tried other places and its always “it’s good, but its just not the Altamar”.
It really can be an expensive thing this holiday lark and well, its just too easy to spend a fortune and not like where your staying, so why risk it ??…
We have a 9 year old who always says if we try anywhere else, “should have gone to the Altamar “..

well what can I say about the altamar but Fantastic. we are heading back there on monday for our 5th time in as many years. It is clean friendly great location if you like to be close enough to have all the fun but far enough away from itall to have a rest too. we have been so far self catering and b & b but this year we are going to try the all inclusive whick I am sure will be great as we always seemed to have our meals in the hotel before a night out anyway. my only down side to this hotel is the bar starr which on a few visits have been rude and sometimes look completely through you as if you are not stood waiting to be served I know that its hot and they must be tired but even a thank you or a little smie would make the whole experiance a whole lot better. but all in all a fantastic holiday and I hope that this year is just as good and hope to return again in future
just home last week from there.great hotel.clean,goof food,service of everything you need.friendly staff.entertainment good for kids and adult.balcony great,ect.everything good in this hotel.
