Fantastic week spent at the Eden, great staff, friendly. No complaints, will be back
Probably the best holiday we have ever had all the staff great especially micheal and chira who kept my eldest boy entertained for hours. The entertainment staff were second to none thanks to Jamie with the music and poolside games and Amazing Alex and Kirsty Kool who always had time to stop and play with the kids wish we could have stayed longer and would love to go back next year.
To anyone looking for a great family holiday this is the ideal place for kids and adults as well, fun filled and relaxing really enjoyed thanks to you all at the Eden see you soon we hope.
My family love these apartments! We have been going there for 18 yrs! The apartments are clean, maid service very good. Totally reccomend the BBQ Micheal is just lovely! All the staff very nice and helpfull. We are always made to feel welcome. Food and drink good. Entertainment fun. Excellent family holiday.
the only thing that would improve would be a toddler pool.
Loved it…Clean..nice pool..nice food, right opposite the europa centre. the view out the front was a building site when i stayed there a few years back
place was super,only bad point no A/C.otherwise a very friendly place that all kids will love
I can’t really say a bad thing about it. It has all that you need. There is maid service a few times a week and you can request more if need be. There is a laundry room and iron on site as well as a handy supermarket for anything you need.
The pool is equipped with a bar and restaurant which are both great. There is a happy hour everyday from 4 to 5pm, when they also do bingo. So there are a lot of activities for everyone – young and old. Honestly so much fun.
They do activities in the evening too from singers to dancing but we ended up not going to any. What can I tell you – time flies when you are having fun!
So what’s the message of this post? If you haven’t tried staying in an apartment on holiday, give it a go. You won’t regret it. If you’re in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria – I highly recommend Eden. Try it out.

ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN THERE 9 TIMES AND GOING BACK THIS YEAR WE ALL LOVE IT SO MUCH THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE ALL OF THE TIME AND WE ARE TAKE MY BROTHERS FAMILY ASWELL HOPEING THE TIME GO’S QUICK TILL WE GET THERE
we arrived home on monday am sad to say! this hotel is so fresh and relaxed, Jamie the Dj is awesome! Chira and Micheal who work behind the bar, always smiling and keepin you goin! Kerrie OK, Amazing Alex and Kirsty Kool are Fab, did an ace job keeping the kids amused..Kian says “Hiiii!!” see you in May next year!!!!

just back from eden yesterday, had a fantastic time, kids had a ball, kim on reception very helpfull as were all staff, evette and kids reps were great, kids really sad to come home, thanks for a great holiday, maybe back sometime in the future

me and my partner been about 4 times b4 and goin again soon my kids love it and so does my mam its really friendly and the kids loves the shows and lil climbin frame with slides the food is great and the prices r not over the top we enjoyed every holiday we had there the staff r really friendly and great with the kids lookin 4ward 2 my hols not long now
i go every year and its really fun
